Anyone remember that movie "Eye For An Eye" with Sally Field and Keifer Sutherland played the rapist that killed her daughter? I thought he was pretty wicked in that.

The Albert/morphine episode was aired Feb. 7, 1983 and was called "Home Again" it ran in a 2 episode series.
It was the final appearance of Charles and Albert on the show until the telemovie sequels... I forget how they were fazed out. Maybe they ran up to Sleepy Eye for some provisions and never returned.
Best villian? Man, that's a tough one...Spacey as Kaiser Sosay maybe...The guy from The Patriot with Mel Gibson was a bastard too...
I love his smile. He's probably the sweetest person you'll ever meet but on camera he is the bad guy. I love him best in westerns and psychedelic movies. (Oooo, I loved him in that movie, I think it was called trip out where he was helping this guy deal with an acid trip. Yeah it's fun over at the Bellfire household on movie nights lol.)

Dick Cheney- He's got it all- sneer, penguin squawk, pure evil innards, shoots old men in the face with a shotgun, runs the george bush puppet without moving his lips. Than god his daughter is a lesbian to end this horrible family line.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39
I agree with the list of names, just not in that order but I am bias with the Wicked Witch of the West.
Jason from Friday the 13th is always number 1 with me.
And I can't believe Baby Jane only got an honorable mention.
