Anjette Lyles - Macon Georgia Poisoner
Anjette Lyles was a beloved Macon restaurateur, twice widowed, a mother--and almost the first white woman electrocuted in Georgia. In the 1950s, Macon was a sleepy little town, where doors remained unlocked and murder was rare. When Anjette Lyles was charged with poisoning two husbands, her mother-in-law, and 9-year-old daughter, Macon was thrust into national spotlight. And newspaper accounts spiced up the allegations with references to voodoo ceremonies and black magic.
(If any of you have seen the City Confidential about this you will know, she was very calculating and just SCARY!)

According to one of the doctors, Anjette even ??experienced hallucinations, including seeing angels flying around the room.?
This woman belonged in the looney bin. What a nutcase.

I read about that. She was a busy woman. I don;t understand how they didn't get her before with all that insurance money she was getting,.

There was a story on macon.com today about Anjette Lyles being profiled on Discovery's "Deadly Women":

Anjette Lyles also had the luxury of dying in Seagorath's hometown, Milledgeville...and at Central State Hospital...
