Costumer designer Len Marcus died Dec. 12 in Los Angeles. He was 66.

Born in Suffern, NY, he was raised in New York where he studied fashion and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a fashion designer.
Marcus started his entertainment career designing costumes Jimmy Durante's show in Las Vegas. He worked on costumes for "The Carol Burnett Show," "The Glenn Campbell Show" and for Cher's variety show, where he worked with Bob Mackie.
From there he moved to sitcom "Three's Company."
After signing on to work on costumes for soap "General Hospital," he stayed with the skein until his retirement in 2007. He is survived by his partner of 45 years, Jack Boyle, and a sister.
