I think I've seen that before. They say suicide, right? I always thought that, but if that's the show I'm thinking of, it convinced me it wasn't accidental, he definitely intended to kill himself.

Interesting clip. 3 minutes in he is sitting with Donnie Sutherland on the yellow couch, on the show 'Sounds" which was an institution in Sydney, Australia in the 80's. Ahhhhh Simon Townsend, "Welcome to my wonderworld" was the catchcry of the program. The link above isn't to Simon Townsend's clip though, this is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1K_hacj-_A

Listen to this and tell me it wasn't an influence on the Simon song. M's Pop Music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPoiv0sZ4s4

Donnie ended up living in a caravan on the N.S.W. central coast. Simon just disappeared lol.

That family sure knows how to come up with names, don't they? It's sad that this girl has lost her mom, dad, and half sister. Of course millions of pounds should help her mood.

He's been dead for 20 years and I bet he is still hot.

Seriously, he was a great frontman and INXS was a great band. Also, I feel old.

I think it was autoerotic asphyxiation but it just went wrong, I mean who wants to be found like that on purpose. Very sad loss to the musical world and his family, especially his daughter. RIP.

This has already been shown in the UK and is on YT. The majority of them are really good. They don't tell you much that the media hasn't but they do explain clearly what it was the person died from and how it happened.
