They were exhumed one day short of the 53rd anniversary of the Walker murders.

They slept in diff. bedrooms because she had health problems as well as having been depressed since she had her children and the man needed his sleep to get out there and get that money.............Damn shame that they were all killed for $ 43.00 lousy dollars.....

I like when the lawyer (Will Greer) said that " they showed no mercy yet they ask for yours. they shed no tears yet they ask for yours referring to the jury ....

Special about the Clutter murders on the Sundance Channel this Saturday and Sunday, Nov 18th and 19th. 9/8c time. It is called Cold Blooded. You can go to their website and view the trailer. I think this may be worth watching.

Check out the video of the teacher talking about the Clutter murder's in his college classroom. One of his students was Hickock's granddaughter. I have often thought about his son's and what happened to them.....

Oh, I'm going to have to check that out! I always found the Clutter murders infinitely creepy. They were so isolated on their farm. *shudder*

It was rather poignant that Bob Rupp put up a memorial to the Clutter family. He ensured that someone will take care of the roses, etc. after he is gone. Rupp mentioned that the tablet to the Clutters is reinforced with concrete. In the event of a tornado, it should remain intact.

This hasn't been posted on in awhile but I ran across this. The older daughter passed away last October.

She named one of her daughters Nancy. Their murders always haunted me as well as the Moore Murders aka The Villisca Ax Murders.

Going to search on the Bricca family. Thank you for the info on Eveanna. I found Bonnie's sister on facebook a few years ago. I knew it was her because she had a young man on her friends list named Kenyon. Even though I am a Death Hag I felt bad for snooping and quickly got off her page.

These murders have always haunted me. Reading In Cold Blood years ago turned me into a Death Hag.

Watch Cold Blooded. Nancy's cousin read letters she wrote her. Sad. And I find it strange her family was told to never talk about the murders.

Leasie, I have never seen Cold Blooded, will have to see if I can find it, that is odd they were told never to talk about it, my mom gave me Helter Skelter to read when I was nine and I have been a Death Hag ever since, I read beyond my age, I was reading Scarlett Letter at ten as well as Huck Finn and Moby Dick.

Yes you must watch if you can find. A lot of interviews I had never seen before. And yes I read Helter Skelter about the same time...I was hooked.

The movie In Cold Blood still scares the hell out of me.
