I just read about this yesterday. I didn't listen to much of her music, but I love the song that she sang on the "Grace Of My Heart" movie soundtrack. It is called "Truth Is, You Lied". The movie is set in the '60's so the song has that great retro vibe.

I first heard the song "I Kissed A Girl" on the Dr Demento show. Someone at the local station stopped the song and start it back up after the song. This was about 1997 and I thought that was draconian for the time.
