The obstruction is supposed to be from adhesions or scar tissue forming after Bariatric Surgery she had years ago .The opioids won't have helped because they cause constipation ,so her bowel must have been extremely painful .

Watched the interview with Riley Keough and Oprah. Riley talked about her mother, Lisa Marie Presley. My mother was a huge Elvis fan, ever since she was a teenager in the 50's. What I am beginning to understand is how tragic the Presley family is/was. Each member seems to have/had more sorrows than happiness in their lives. People talk about how tragic and cursed the Kennedy family is. I would have to say the Presley family is a close second, when it comes to that.

ETA: Wow, in rereading this thread, I see all the posts Cindy did, talking about her own brush with death. How chilling, knowing now that a few months after these posts, she would pass away.

I heard a story about Lisa Marie,that she kept her son body for two month in her guesthouse and requested a tattoo artist give her and her dead son matching tattoos,she was not well mentally after her son's suicide .
