Steak with fried onions and mushrooms, potato with chive and sour cream. The way I am cooking lately I should have a food truck. Lol.

Steak fried in onions?--you have splendid taste. Lol. I love mushes but Sissy doesn't. I've got to get some sour cream and chives for my next baked potato.

Thanks to you! Lol. That's the first time I have done it with onions, I let it simmer for a bit to get the juices infused, really gave it flavour.

It does give it flavor. We go through onions almost as fast as paper towels here. What kind do you use? I always bought yellow, but my husband preferred Mexican--or white--and they are tastier to me. Sissy likes them now too or she wouldn't use them.

Toaster cheese sandwhich and Campbell's vegetable beef soup, brownie, Diet Coke. ETA: Sissy apparently ate the brownies, so I ate two of her cookies (((((evil laughter))))). I must confess, though, the brownies were hers also.

Roast beef sandwich with the usual veggies, green olives, a side of dill pickle spears (which pretty much keep me from having nocturnal calf cramps), and a tossed vegetable salad with my homemade Thousand Island dressing that I've saved until after devotions when my phone should be charged. I'm reading Watchers by Dean Koontz for the fifth or sixth time. Lol.

Tonight: baked ham, creamed potatoes, and green beans. I see some yummy ham sandwiches in my future. I have a ham jones and happened to mention it to Sissy. She came in yesterday evening and announced tonight's dinner, bless her heart.
