It was supposed to be pork chops and broccoli, but I ended up having to go to the laundromat because our washer and dryer in the laundry room weren’t working properly. What should have taken 90 minutes took three hours because it was packed. So I ended up making a grilled cheese. Tomorrow will be pork chops and broccoli.

Last night it was pork chops, broccoli with cauliflower, and homemade mac and cheese. I have one more plate of it, but also leftover macaroni. I think I’ll have that tomorrow. Tonight I’ll heat up the macaroni and add some kielbasa and more broccoli with cauliflower.

Last night a place near me had 50% off on their sushi, so I had a salmon poke bowl that was admittedly a little spicy for my taste. But I’d ordered extra sushi with the intent of taking it to work today for lunch. Which I did. I’d order again if I could get the bowl without the spicy sauce on it.

I ended up sleeping through dinner. Woke around 9pm Central time and had a snack then went right back to sleep. Tonight I’m having a drink or three, and I’ll probably pop a Totinos pizza in the oven later. Took out a couple of premade hamburgers I’d made for this weekend. I’ll make bacon, egg, and cheeseburgers at some point tomorrow or Sunday.

I was going to make ground turkey veggie soup but hubby didn't go right away after work to the store, he went to voice lessons first, at five, until six or seven pm, then to the store which is another 45 min or so shopping trip so if i was to make the soup tonight and eat, it wouldn't be done until around 830 or nine pm..so now I don't know..thanks hubby.

Was supposed to be crab legs and a lobster tail at Red Lobster. See the vent thread for details on that. I was trying to do something nice and it backfired. *sighs deeply* I have the food in my fridge. I’ll probably reheat the pizza from last night and reheat this tomorrow night. Bestie will pick hers up tomorrow, I have more room in my fridge than she does right now.
