    Some shows remain etched in memory, Wild Kingdom is one of them. RIP.

    I so enjoyed this American show when I was young.

    Sad to hear about his death, yes Marlin Perkins (1905 -1986)
    was the host. But Jim Fowler (1930-2019) did all the hard work.
    Carolyn(1958-2009) always in my heart.

    I have wonderful memories of watching Wild Kingdom with my brother. It would come on every Saturday (or Sunday?) night in San Diego, my mom bought Cracker Jack only to be consumed while watching that show. That was our entertainment in the early 70’s. I cherish those memories.
