    Damn.
That judge should be considered an accomplice to murder.

That's just too messed up for me to joke about. I only wish Judges could be held accountable for their screw ups.

Just awful, the judge should be held accountable for sure. It's like the parole board who keep saying Leslie Van Houten is no longer a threat to the public..... until.
Today you could be standing next to someone who is trying their best not to fall apart. So whatever you do today, do it with kindness.

The problem in many cases is once a person spends so much time behind bars they do not know how to act once released. Once he had offended after being released the first time, I agree that should not have been a third chance.

He sounds like a serial killer who got caught before he made his next kill, and once released, started killing again.

I hope this crazy case will not effect Leslie Van Houten's
    being released anytime soon.
(I so agree with John Waters about her)

ITA. Same type of murder, decades apart, and having the kids witness it must be one of his “requirements”.

Gotta admit, though, wasn’t it kind of sweet the way he stalked the homeless victim by dining at her shelter?!!

    Wow.

”Let’s see here now...I needs tah kill a lady I love, or loved once, the same way I killed my wife years ago...but I’m probably not getting married again, I’m certainly not getting any younger, and more kids are out of the question. So let’s be practical about this. How’s about I go courtin’ at the homeless center?”

I'd put her in the box and bury it on the grounds within the walls.
Prisons should have cemeteries so that some criminals know they are never getting out, even after death.

Their awareness might end, but their butts and their bones will be locked up forever.

Seems like graveyard dirt from a prison graveyard would be some especially woeful earth, just saying.
