    I had never heard of the Guy. From what I have read, he seems like a decent dude that was trying to give back to his community. I may not listen to his style of music, but I admire what he was doing. RIP.


    Plus, his take on the old Afr-Am Comedian, Nipsy Russell, I found witty.

    It's a shame he died but this whole thing is going overboard. He's being compared to Michael Jackson with some even claiming he was more talented when in all honesty, the first most of us heard about him was when the news broke he was shot.

    It is a shame, but until this story broke I had never heard of the guy.

    He was pretty well-known amongst hip hop heads, if the posts by my Facebook friends are any indication. And while I was not a fan, I would never equate fame with talent. For example, I always thought Michael Jackson sucked, and I definitely heard of him once or twice before his passing.
