I so hate guns. Yes I know we have gun deaths
here in Canada.(but it's so not the same)

She was mentally ill. Yet she was able to own a gun. Time to revamp HIPAA, so the danger is not kept in the dark. But, I consider anyone that uses a weapon, except for self defense and protecting your home and family, insane.
