Thanks, Tobi. My jaw just fell out on the floor after seeing that last one.
Apparently Porn Actress Ami Jordan died a few weeks ago. She was 19 and her agent suspects pills.

On the bright side if she was 19 the high point of her career was already over.
The cruel, uneventful state

Sorry if this has already been posted but here's a bit about him:
I recall seeing him in "Kentucky Fried Movie" in the "Sex Record" segment. This scene begins at about 1:06
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsFaLdlHsXM This is pretty ironic seeing as how his career turned out.
Saw him later on a horrendously bad saturday morning kid's show "Wonderbug" (about a talking dune buggy)
Then lo and behold I saw him in a porno loop in a Times Square cinemateque debauchery! He had a face worthy of a Fellini film (I say that with love) and I guess that's why he was always was so memorable to me.
His real name was John Anthony Bailey and I once saw a website by his daughter Alida but can't find it at the moment. Some claim he died of bladder cancer. Doesn't much matter, he's still dead regardless of the cause.
Here is a good youtube video tribute to dead porn stars. Awesome song too!

I know, I thought the same thing about Wendy Williams! It's just sad to see the faces. It's a sad industry that chews them up and spits them out. I'm sure many of them are addicted to the money and feel there is no other recourse for them and there is just no way to go back to the real world. This seems apparent by how many have taken their own lives
geesh, I just watched the video - so many suicides and drug/alcohol related. I wonder if any actually ever died of old age???

70's and 80's porn star John Leslie died on December 5.
John Leslie Nuzzo (January 25, 1945 – December 5, 2010) was a prolific porn actor who went on to have a long-running career as a producer and director of adult movies. Usually credited under the name John Leslie, he has also worked under a variety of pseudonyms, including Louis T. Beagle, John Leslie Dupre, and Frederick Watson.
Beginning with 1973's Sensuous Delights, Leslie was a performer in almost 300 adult films. He won numerous awards during his days as a performer. He appeared with some of the era's most noted porn stars, including Seka, Kay Parker, and Annette Haven. His most noteworthy roles were in Talk Dirty To Me (1980), Nothing To Hide (1981), and Talk Dirty To Me, Part II (1982).
He was one of the first porn actors to make the transition from performing to directing, beginning with 1987's Nightshift Nurses. Since then he directed more than 90 adult movies, including The Chameleon (1989), Curse of the Catwoman (1992), Dog Walker (1994), and Drop Sex (1997), along with the Voyeur, Fresh Meat and Crack Her Jack series. He won many awards for his work behind the cameras as well. Though much of his recent work, in keeping with current trends in adult video, has been in the gonzo genre, such as the "Fresh Meat" and "Crack Her Jack" series, Leslie has continued to make feature films, or "sex dramas"; most recently, in 2007 he directed the film "Brianna Love, Her Fine, Sexy Self," a star vehicle for the up-and-coming performer Brianna Love.
He was a member of the AVN, Legends of Erotica and XRCO Halls of Fame.
John Leslie passed away December 5, 2010 of an apparent heart attack at his home in Mill Valley, California at the age of 65.
Porn pioneer John Leslie dead at 65

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - John Leslie, an award-winning adult film actor and director who appeared in more than 300 movies during porn's so-called Golden Age in the 1970s and 80s, has died, his friends said Thursday. He was 65.
Leslie, whose real name was John Nuzzo, began acting in porn movies in the 1970s in San Francisco. He went on to become one of the first actors to successfully direct, which he did until his death Sunday of an apparent heart attack at his Mill Valley, Calif., home.
He appeared in such titles as "Cry for Cindy" and "Talk Dirty to Me," the 1980 film that solidified his status as one of porn's leading men.
Mark Kernes, who as senior editor of the adult film publication AVN knew Leslie well, said Leslie was one of the first actors to cross over to directing, which he did well at because of an artistic eye for detail and talent for handling actors.
"A lot of people really wanted to work with him because he took a lot of pride in his work, and paid attention to details," said Kernes, who confirmed Leslie's death.
"And being an actor at heart, he was more disposed to letting the performers take the lead in terms of the executing the scene and the performers liked that" Kernes said.
Leslie's success as a porn actor started in the early 1970s, seen as the beginning of the industry's Golden Age when plot-driven, feature-length adult movies like "Deep Throat" and "Behind the Green Door" achieved mainstream success. That era ended with the AIDS crisis in the 1980s.
Leslie won pornography industry awards for acting and directing. He was inducted into the Legends of Erotica Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, as well as AVN's Hall of Fame.
"I first met John on the set of 'Anything That Moves,'" said Steve Nelson, a friend and editor-in-chief of Adult Industry News.
"John was easy going and a joy to be instructed by when he directed. He knew exactly what he wanted the camera to see and his films always had superb continuity," Nelson said.
Leslie is survived by his wife of 23 years, Kathleen.
good link, thanks!
"Lollypop died of heart attack February, 2008. Yes, porn breaks hearts." oh spare me, you can't just die of a heart attack anymore? it has to be porn related?
"Tim Barnett suspected in seven rapes in Colorado and Texas died July, 2005, after hanging himself in his jail cell." You would think sex for a living would control that pesky rape urge.
"Lea De Mae died of brain cancer in December 2004. Porn destroys minds." holy shit this site is over the top.

OK - I had to snicker at "Crack Her Jack".
Great to see you back, Jason! Long time, no see!
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39
thanks SheBoss, likewise
German Pornstar "Sexy Cora" died in Hamburg, Germany age 23.
On 11 January 2011 during a breast enlargement operation she suffered a cardiac arrest as a result to interupted oxygen supply. The oxygen supply to here brain was cut off for 15 minutes. "Sexy Cora" died of multiple organ failure on January 20, 2010 at the age of 23.
I was just reading about this girl it's very sad she was a pretty girl. She was going from a 34F to a 34G.
(Morbid) Trivia: There is a porn movie with here on the Internet called "Sexy Cora - Under Anesthesia". Its about here in a clinic (operation room) getting anesthetized. Then the surgeon makes his "work" to stunned Sexy Cora. After the treatment shes pretty fine... Morbid scene!
Though the world of porn paid decent enough in the early days, it does not pay all that well in today's world of instant entertainment. Video killed that. Men fare better in the biz. The women are mostly from abused homes &/or young-life situations. However, in the early days, there were some relatively happy pseudo-normal relationships ... if you consider anything related to being a porn star as normal. As I was told by Eric Edwards, "As a child, you don't think, 'Hey, I wanna be a porn star when I grow up.'"
It rarely opens up any doors outside the porn world, for males or females. Sad but true. Once an actor is branded a porn star, they are, for the most part, verbotten except for the occasional "circus freak" guest role.
Eric Edwards, a college-educated, classically-trained actor who went to school on an elite acting scholarship (also had an agent w/William Morris when he started), is still living, though w/multiple serious health issues. The mother of his children, Renee Summers, is questionable, though if she's still alive, it's unlikely she's in good condition. I attended the Adult Video Awards when Edwards was presented w/a Lifetime Achievement Award. It was a veritable "Who's Who" of porn. I can say that my research into this misunderstood group of people proved to me that they are as human as the rest of us, & most were, at heart, kind, sweet, genuine people. A true dichotomy of human nature.

damn I just google'd Shauna Grant & she looks almost like Dorothy Stratten.
Despite all of the horror stories about porn stars, the biz still has no trouble finding actors to appear.
My brother-in-law lives in Boulder, Colorado. The other day he was telling me about how the porn studio "Bearfilms" was in Denver just a few years ago looking for guys to do gay porn for them including one scene where a guy how already has HIV was to do anal sex with several guys bareback. Despite that Bearfilms found well over 1000 guys just in Colorado alone who were interested. In the end only 5 guys were selected but still so many guys who were willing to have unprotected sex with another man with HIV and not too mention the other risks involved such as losing their jobs, being asked to move to another city, family wont approve etc....and the pay? $500 !! Hardly doesn't seem to be worth it..yet those guys didn't seem to care.
For the record my brother-in-law had until recently worked for Denver's KMGH ABC- 7. KMGH was actually planning on doing a report on this but at the last minute they didn't as even KMGH couldn't figure out why would so many guys were willing to put themselves at risk.
That is crazy and for only $500!!! Wow.
That is just insane. Why would anyone put themselves at risk for HIV for only $500?!
Renowned Death Hag
I've heard that "going bareback" thing is its own perversion.
That just sounds too twisted for words
thats sad people dont know what to do anymore to get off. blah!!
