    Ron Glass, 71

Couldn't find anything on him in here, Ron Glass, a prolific TV actor known for playing Ron Harris in the sitcom “Barney Miller” and Shepherd Derrial Book in “Firefly,” has died. He was 71. He was also Ross Gellar's divorce attorney on Friends.

    This year

I remember him as the fussy Harris on Barney Miller and as the Shepherd with a checkered past on Firefly and Serenity, Shepherd Book.

Firefly cast members remember Ron with quotes, film clips, and anecdotes. My favorite is Jewel Staite's, aka Kaylee:

Once again I so enjoy old American tv shows from the 1970s
    or early.
