Just signed up for Hulu, so far I'm really liking it. Thinking about taking a breather from Netflix for a few months, haven't decided yet tho. I'm currently watching episodes of er 😊

I just never liked Hulu. I'm watching Stranger Things 3 on Netflix. And I have a bunch of free stuff on my Prime Video Watchlist--L&O SVU, Miami Vice, Miami CSI, and etc.

I had netflix for a long time and I LOVED it. When we moved out into the country we didn't have internet for a long time because I couldn't find anything decent at a reasonable price that was available here. So I canceled my Netflix. Now I have Hulu because its free with my cell phone plan. I like them both. I just sprung for Amazon Prime, and so far I'm not all that impressed...
Anyway, I'm watching Hulu and working on my blog. I've been trying to post weekly, but missed last week.

5th of July didn't stop them here Skully. *sigh* I was with Bestie last night helping her and the idjits were still shooting them off. Her dogs didn't want to go outside to potty because of it. I wasn't too thrilled either.

4th Wonder Twin came over. We binge-watched My Hero Academia anime, snuggled, and had lasagna. She's coming back over in a few hours for more of the anime, more snuggling, and leftover lasagna.

Dreading going back to work next week....
I've really been thinking about wanting to switch careers. My job isn't what it used to be and I am beginning to hate it. I just really don't know what I want to do....

I know what the dream is, but it may or may not be realistic and it's gonna take a LOT of time and patience to get there.

Maybe if you prepared for your dream job while working at your old one it might lift your spirits with something to look forward to later.

I'm fixing to eat a late lunch and then tuck into article and then the crime novel.

Trying out my new external laptop keyboard. Love it!

Reaching across the lappy to get to the keys cramped my fingers, so I bought a regular keyboard and am good to go.

Also, I've got dinner in the oven.

I never thought I would give up meat but I don't feel bloated or sluggishlike I did when I would eat meat and my blood pressure has dropped a bit

Waiting for food delivery. Hungry but too tired to make anything. After GrubHub brought me an incomplete order, refused to bring the missing item, and chose the lazy way out via "refund" (read $3 off my next order) I decided to try Door Dash. So far I'm thrilled with the variety of restaurants participating. (Freddy's is supposed to be joining at some point this year.) GrubHub has a very limited selection of restaurants. Mainly Taco Bell, Burger King, Schlotzkys, Jersey Mike's, Subway, and Sarpinos pizza. But Door Dash....has...EVERYTHING. I have Chipotle on it's way. And I'm now in a dilemma....should I TELL Miss E her favorite Chipotle delivers her favorite food....or no? Rofl!

Watching the reboot of Beverly Hills, 90210. The one with all the original actors, minus Luke Perry of course. It was on last night but I fell asleep after I ate.

Just got back from the movies. Saw Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark with Miss E and Bestie. It was scarier than I thought a PG-13 movie should be (I jumped SO many times) BUT they did an excellent job bringing Stephen Gammel's drawings to life in the monsters I thought. Bestie insists it should have been "restricted." I loved it though. Love it when a movie is suspenseful and scary without being gory.

Ria, I may have to go see it, right now fighting my depression, trying not to crawl back into bed, just finished setting up my new, to me, desktop, hubby bought himself a laptop and gave me his gently used, almost 1 year old desk top, may game for a bit and then get some writing done, I should have had this book done long ago but I"ll start it and then stop for awhile.

Trying to write through a shock I got around 9 pm. A friend, whom I've known since she was in her mother's belly, lost her husband tonight. They had been married two years. Ironically, their wedding anniversary is on April Fools Day. He was having trouble with one of his motorcycle's wheels and thought he'd fixed it. So he was going down the highway when the wheel flew off, and a dump truck ran over him.

Two years ago today I got married, and my daddy died. It’s also my first day off after a long stretch of days (first week back after surgery and they scheduled me 7 days in a row) and it feels good to relax and get my own work done on my own terms!

I showed her the thread (she lives next door to me) and she laughed her ass off. :-D She then reminded me that she wants me to follow her wishes that she explained to me years ago. I asked if she was sure, and she bopped me with a throw pillow before saying yes. She also posts here on occasion, so I should randomly behave myself.

That's a pretty good story, but if she sincerely didn't want her dead body used for military blast testing; don't you think you'd have it in writing?
