There was a similar situation here, only about 6 blocks away, in fact. In December 2003, a very sick local and his accomplice from Orlando caused 2 (at least) young men to die during "play sessions" that involved the use of GHB. They've never been tried for murder but have both been convicted on the federal charges of using drugs to facilitate rape & assault. I guess that the murder charges don't really matter since under their federal convictions, both of these sadistic human waste are serving hundreds of years.
