Sonic. Breakfast toaster with sausage, tots, and cinnamon snack thingies. It's my Friday, if I'm gonna drink I hafta eat first.

Recipe of my own, came up with it on the fly. Cooked a single serving of spaghetti, drained it, added some butter and melted the butter. Added sliced Polish sausage, cauliflower, broccoli, and TONS of cheese. The veggies were frozen so I nuked them for a few minutes before adding them.
As the pasta cooked I kept thinking of things to add to it. Now I see where Schmoo gets this from, and someone on TikTok refers to it as "lawless cooking." When you ask how much of an ingredient to add, and the answer is, "Some? Enough?"

Aw, thanks, PK! Love you, sis!!! Nachos sound better than what I had. Frozen sausage pizza. YES I cooked it first. ROFL. I added tons of extra cheese to it. I have yet to find an inexpensive ($3-4 or less) frozen pizza that I LOVE. *sigh* We'll keep trying....

Breakfast for dinner: grilled ham, egg, and cheese sammiches. Make it like a grilled cheese, but build it like this: buttered bread butter side down, slice of cheese, cooked egg, slice of ham, slice of cheese, buttered bread butter side up. Grill it on both sides. YUM.

Dinner tonight was the lunch I'd packed for work and didn't end up eating because NO EFFING BREAK. (Got our rear ends handed to us not once but TWICE today.) SO. Dinner was a ham, cream cheese, and Colby Jack sammich, a serving of salt and vinegar Pringles, a chocolate covered almond and caramel granola bar (that tasted like a candy bar), and a tapioca pudding cup.
I try to incorporate a little non-healthy SUGAR in my lunches because I don't seek sugar out most of the time (and I drink diet pop), and unfortunately by mid-afternoon my blood sugar is tanking. I did manage a swallow of sweet tea at some point this afternoon, but as ours isn't as sweet as McD's (our 5 cups versus their 4lbs of sugar) it didn't last long and I was too busy to get my granola bar and eat that.
