It's not even breakfast yet, but i want something different tonight. IDK what. I'll probably end up with hotdogs or beef stew. I know, I want some BBQ.

We were SUPPOSED to have sammiches with Schmoo tonight. But we're not. (See Vent thread.) So it looks like it's fend for yourself tonight, because it's quarter of six and Hubby's not home and I still need to get in the shower.

Hubby went to do a couple of loads of laundry, so it was fend for yourself. Little Bit had a bowl of ramen noodles because she loves that stuff. I had a PB&J and some fresh veggies. I try to balance out the bad-for-me (the jelly and white bread) with good-for-me (the veggies).

That sounds really good, McCourt! My carnitas take 2-1/2 days to prepare and cook: 24 hours to soak the dried ancho chiles, 24 hours to marinate the meat, and 12 hours in the Crock Pot. Yumminess is had by all.

Don't tell my hubby. He'll be knocking on your door. LOL I made ribs in the Crock Pot one day. Started it before I left for work. I got home and he said, "You're lucky." I didn't know what he was talking about. He continued, "I've been sitting here in this house, smelling those BBQ ribs cooking all day long, and you're lucky I didn't tear it up! I almost called [our DFS worker] and reported you for husband abuse."

    "Husband abuse?" I said. "How?"

"Well," he said, "You started those ribs with BBQ sauce, and I had to smell them all day long. That's husband abuse." ROFLMAO

    Cake and ice cream.

I'm skipping the big salad and other stuff and going straight for dessert.

Then of course; I'll have some dessert - maybe some; I don't know, cake and ice cream.

I had Ben and Jerry's for the first time a day or two ago - "American Dream" flavor - vanilla with bits of chocolate covered waffle cone and swirls of caramel.

That stuff is rather aptly named...

You should try "Karamel Sutra." It's caramel ice cream and chocolate ice cream with chunks of chocolate and a huge tunnel of caramel running down the middle. OMG it is my favorite.

I'll give it a try. It might seem crazy but my absolute favorite is plain old vanilla. I haven't found that in Ben and Jerry's; my standby Bluebell is unavailable still.

My all time favorite is Butter Pecan, with Dutch chocolate running second.

I had potted meat and potato chip sandwiches. Again. I will eat them tomorrow night, too. Then I will start on grill cheeses. Why? My debt card got compromised and I am having to eat what's here until my new card arrives four to six more business days. Fortunately, Sissy is keeping me in bread and Diet Cokes until I can pay her back with cash or dinner at FATZ. To go on, I also had popsicles. She got me a container of cubed watermelon that couldn't hold, so I'll snack on that later.

So I woke up and found these texts from Sissy (Remember i can't get to my money until my new debt card arrives and have been eating what I have.)

#1. Sissy: Do you want fish?
#2. Sissy: Do you want fish?
#3: Sissy: I got you some fish.

So I had grilled fish on a bed of herb rice, and a baked potato. I'll eat the COC sometime later.

    Isn't Sissy sweet?

We had baked fish, cheesy rice, steamed green beans, and steamed broccoli and cauliflower for a late lunch/early dinner before Hubby went off to work.

Later on tonight, Little Bit and I will have flatbread pizza if we're hungry. Although I will go ahead and eat some because what I had today was not enough calories to finish off MyFitnessPal's daily diary.

Oven baked pork chops, pinto beans, cornbread courtesy Sissy. I've been sick today and could not eat all of mine, so I'll eat it later tonight if I get hungry or tomorrow. I didn't even have popsicles. She cooked extra beans and bread for me to eat on a few days. There's also ribeye steaks in the fridge she'll probably want me to cook for us tomorrow or another night.

I brought home Subway sammiches. I was starving half to death, because I went on break at 8am Central time and did not have time to grab a hamburger on my way out the door after work, so I didn't eat until almost 5pm. Little Bit had a 6" black forest ham sub with sriarcha (sp?) sauce, jalapeno peppers, and banana peppers, with jalapeno chips and a chocolate chip cookie. I had a footlong veggie sub on flatbread with guacamole. Yum yum! And a garden veggie salad with Subway vinaigrette. I found a bottle of Diet Coke with the name of one of my alters on it, and had that. I found a Diet Coke with Little Bit's real name and got her that for her field trip tomorrow, and a Pepsi for tonight.

I love their turkey with black olives and veggies. We seldom eat there because ours is located at Walmart and Sissy goes in at lunch. Firehouse is pretty good but Sissy says they don't have turkey and black olive. Now I want a sub.
