Miss E and I had grilled cheese sammiches and "fry-fries." Hubby had to be at work at 5pm, so when I came in at 4:30 he was already getting ready to leave.

Friday night fare: frozen pizza. Well, we're going to cook them first. I have a bottle of coconut vodka for later (and pretzels, too, because when I drink I crave salty stuff like pretzels and chips).

Does it taste anything like venison?

I've always wanted to taste bison and bear meat. Guess it's my Cherokee taste bubbling up.

I have my niece and nephew today so I'm making spaghetti with meat sauce. I think that's pretty kid friendly.

I haven't had a thing to eat today. I am starving. We are having pork chops, mashin' 'tatoes, green beans, and cucumber-tomato-avocado salad.

I'm on my own tonight, Hubby took clothes to Miss E at Grandma's, and is going to work from there. I'll probably toss a frozen pizza in the oven or eat more of my tomato-cucumber-avocado salad.

Yes, a hot dog. We call 'em dogs down here sometimes, as in "We threw some dogs and burgers on the grill." Speaking of, a hamburger, it's what's for dinner.

We call them "dog-dogs" here. Miss E started it when she was an itty-bitty girl.

I'm not a fan of catfish. Hubby is, but yecchhh. French fries at my house are called "fry-fries." Miss E had her own dialect of English when she was little. If you didn't speak it, Hubby or I or Schmoo would translate.

Approximately the same taste, only that the moose is a bit more juicier:-)

Yesterday me and some friends went to Cactus and eat dinner there. I had Sirloin with white wine sauce, mushrooms, onions and baked potato. And banana split for dessert.

    Today i had Bolognese gratin

Yum on all counts. My mama could roast a venison haunch like nobody's business.

Maybe peanut butter toast if I feel a snack poking at me- Dang, Lately I've been having cravings for things I wanted with my last pregnancy (minus wine of course) But that is impossible. Lol.

I think I'm going to try one of these burritos that we got from the frozen section at wally world yesterday. It's called the Big Sur burrito. Never had it before but it sounds pretty good. I'll give it a try.
