Last night we had dinner guests. Sissy cooked a slow cooker beef roast, new potatoes browned in butter, and broccoli casserold.

Tonight I'll eat Publix rotisserie chicken, baked potato, leftover broccoli casserole, Publix Diet Sweet Brewed Iced Tea.

Spaghetti with butter, LOTS of cheese, and a few eggs thrown in for protein. I have the next two days off, and when my days are unstructured, my eating tends to not happen as it should....bestie is usually on me about it

*groans* I feel like I ate all day yesterday....had a Totino's pizza for dinner, they're small enough I can manage one by myself.

Had the company Christmas party yesterday morning for breakfast, so managed a full order of biscuits and gravy....then since I'd clocked in an hour early I got a lunch break. Bacon double cheeseburger with half an order of fries (I never finish the fries). GM baked us cookies, another girl brought in homemade cinnamon rolls, so yeah....I feel like I ate all day yesterday.

    It was delicious, London.

Tonight I built me a roast beef sandwich and ate a pack of microwave popcorn and 1 small sugar free peanut butter cup. It wasn't Reeses, but it wasn't bad. Nextime I'm ordering the sugar free Mounds type candy pieces.

Pinto beans and cornbread Friday night.

Christmas dinner tonight. All I know is Lasaunia, ginger bread (or cake as Sissy called it), and chocolate pie. I imagine there'll be a salad.

First Christmas alone, and you know, I wasn't mad about it. I didn't have to cook a huge meal, I made what I wanted when I wanted. Well not quite WHEN I wanted, but when I SHOULD. *sigh*

Late afternoon snack was grilled turkey and cheese sandwiches. Used Havarti cheese, triple Cheddar shredded cheese, cream cheese, and thick-sliced turkey lunch meat. No clue what I'll eat for dinner, might just make breakfast again. *shrugs* Breakfast is something I'm guaranteed to eat no matter how hard I struggle.

Leftovers from yesterday, I was not in the mood to do Christmas at all, but I managed to get up and make a turkey breast, cheese scalloped potatoes, green beans and rolls. I made a triple batch of the potatoes knowing that I when I really didn't feel like eating I can manage those. (depression is kicking my butt has been for months)

I have been skipping dinner, I fall asleep at around 6:30-8 pm and sleep until four am, first it was up all night and sleep all day now it's very early to bed and up very early, I"ll probably have a smoothie for dinner, for lunch we just had store bought frozen pizza, of course baked in the oven with some extra cheese.

We've only had the traditional dinner twice since I've been living with Sissy (over 9 years).

5 piece chicken tenders and fries from Slim Chickens. Their tenders are HUGE, so I managed them and half the fries. I really just wanted the Diet Dr Pepper.
