Made an amazing salad with soy chicken. I'm about to have to make something for my Uncle to take to work. Last night I made him an egg, cheese, and sausage sub. I also packed him some doughnuts and a pastry to go with his coffee. He works 3rd shift so I usually pack his lunch bag for him.

Miss E has sixth-grade recognition at her school at 7pm, we'll need to leave around 6 because we are walking and going the long way because it's been raining like crazy and I ain't walkin' in the mud.

Was going to have potted meat sammies until I read earlier that China is allegedly canning human flesh. It looks like powder pink potted meat. Ew. Whether it's just a rumor I am off potted meat.
