Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. Biscuits made from scratch. Lately I've been making breakfast sandwiches on Saturday nights to microwave before church Sunday mornings.

Pizza. I get to try out the new round pizza pans I ordered off Amazon. They're 12", so roughly the size of a small or medium pizza, but I've got two. One for Miss E's and one for mine.

Rest of this week is going to be kind of whatever, whenever. Not even going to put a day of the week on these because we rearrange them so much.

    Pizza
    Hot dogs and chips
    Hamburgers and tater tots
    Hamburger Helper
    Brats and chips

She's usually ready for dinner before I am, because I haven't been going on break until super-late. So these meals I can just make at dinner time. She'll eat, and when I'm finally hungry I'll reheat.

Chicken, cup of mashed potatoes and sugar free jello-IMO this diabetic diet/way of life is bs but if I want to live I guess I better adhere to it.

No clue. Usually Miss E goes with her dad on Saturdays and has dinner with him so I just fend for myself. He's out of state this weekend so she's with me.

We'll probably have the hot dogs we were supposed to have Wednesday. They had a barbecue here for everyone and served hamburgers and hot dogs, naturally neither of us wanted hot dogs for dinner the next day.

The frozen pizza I was supposed to eat last night. I had a cheeseburger, cheese curds, and mini concrete at work on break and that filled me UP. I managed a little mac and cheese late last night, though, and tonight it's the pizza.

Hi Cindy, I love spinach as well..I had it in my power greens last night.
Apparently one of the kids likes it because I went back to make some more and it disappeared!

I wouldn't touch it cooked until I was in physical therapy last year. It's very good for you. I'm having a black olive turkey sub and home tossed salad.

I use Sara Lee Soft and Smooth (With Whole Grain). 1 serving = 2 slices = 130 calories. That ain't bad. Oh, and 26 carbs. I don't keep with carbs. I cut out bakery goods and potatoes and junk, and maintain portion size. My sugar level stays normal for a diabetic.

Going to attempt to make congee with some finely cut up tri tip and some green onions on top, Congee is a Chinese rice porridge, Jasmine rice that is washed well, and then is cooked in six cups of water for an hour and half, until it makes a porridge, you add in ginger while the rice is cooking and whatever other spices you want to add, you can also serve it with eggs on top or green onion and peanuts, add in some finely chopped chicken or beef.

Pizza. Switching things up a big. I'm having a couple of girlfriends over to watch Phantom of the Opera and I said I'd make pizza. We're going to watch the movie, then have pizza. Dough is already rising.
