He apparently had a heart attack. He was only 52. If you listen to Bob & Tom in the mornings, he was a regular guest. One of the funniest people I heard. "First Baptist Bar & Grill" was my favorite.

Haven't listened to Bob and Tom in forever but Tim was a funny guy. 52 is young to die. I hope his passing was peaceful.
