Krystle was at the 1st explosion site. You can briefly see her in Steve Silva's video.
That purse in the first still. The woman in the checkered jacket. Just.. Fuck..
I believe it's at the 2:19 mark.
Right side of the screen, around 2:19.

Sorry guys I should have been more clear this video. http://www1.whdh.com/news/articles/l...hat-shows-bag/
From the first picture (the non close up) it looks like Krystle was briefly alive because her arm is around her friend.... Jesus

Thanks LLC. For some reason I was thinking this was the video of the first explosion. I guess I was just trying to figure out where she was standing. Have you been able to pick her out of the first site video? You are the master at these things. I just don't have the eye.

They are now saying that the anticipated news conference at 5pmET has been postponed indefinitely. Must mean they're busy working on something big.
IMHO, "Postponed Indefinitely" could also mean they haven't found any hot leads and are still scratching their heads. I sure hope I'm wrong.
It is so sad how we witnessed her last seconds of life. It is even more disturbing how you just never know... I mean we see this guy in a wheel chair with both of his legs gone and he is okay, then we see Krystal laying there and she is just gone...
My Posse's On Broadway
Veteran news correspondent at CBS said that it was due to the bomb threat, but they've also been told (again) they may have a suspect.
Man. One of my bosses actually traveled to Boston for the marathon. His son in law was running in the race. Thankfully, he finished before the bombs went off and they all made it safely to their hotel. Crazy world we live in.
Those pictures are all so horrifying and sad. I was expecting the graphic nature of the unedited photo of the man in the wheelchair, but my goodness. It was still shocking to see that. To reiterate what everyone else has said, it's amazing how his legs had been blown off and he survived, but Krystal did not
Fucking Youtube comments..
Hmmmmm just saw something very interesting on my way to work in Boston. I was on the expressway going north in Dorchester and I saw a Coast Guard helicopter heading south (pretty low I might add). Interesting because when Whitey Bulger got nabbed they used a coast guard helicopter to transport him to the courthouse. The jail that they house the Federal inmates in in Plymouth county which is south of the city. People were calling the radio station I was listening to reporting the same thing.
They might have the guy after all.
Navy SEALS appear to be spotted in pre-bombing crowd footage (one with ball cap with distinctive logo, and another suspected also, with earwire):

Not sure what to make of this, but that certainly is a Navy SEAL cap that guy is wearing.
ETA: Also...a LOT of pre-bomb finish line crowd pics at this site:

There is a man from our town whose step-daughter was running. She was there in place of her mother who was accidentally killed last year. Her mother was training for Boston, riding a bike on a rural highway and was hit from behind by a vehicle.
The local newspaper account states her step-father and other family/friends were positioned on Heartbreak Hill and cheered her as she went by. As with similar accounts from that area of the route, her step-father stated they didn't hear either explosion due to crown noise. The runner kept on a couple more miles until they were stopped by police. She and other runners in her group were escorted to a nearby church to make calls. However the church was unheated and she was becoming chilled. She stated some kids from an area college took her to a Holiday Inn where it was warm. She stated everyone was so very nice and thoughtful.
She also stated that she was not as fast a runner as her late mother and had her mother lived to participate, “My mother would have been up there and we would have all been at the finish line. It’s weird how things work. I was just thankful.”
Here is a video of the National Anthem from tonight's Bruins game. This was what was shared on my FB page:
"Rene Rancourt starts singing, and then the TD Garden crowd takes it home as Boston returns to sports two days after the bombing at the Boston Marathon."

Live free or die: Death is not the worst of evils.
One of our pharmacist's husband is a runner. He has run the Boston Marathon a few times (they decided not to go this year. She was telling us that his times are usually right about that time, and they usually stand right about in that same spot when he crosses the finish line. Thank god they decided not to go this year!), and that there is a constant shuffle of people. They cycle to the front to watch their runner finish, and then get out of the way so that somebody else can get to the front to watch their runner finish. So, I'm thinking, unless you find a picture from minutes before the bomb went off you won't really know who was standing where when it went off.....
Missing my Pa every day. RIP Daddy ❤️♥️

On the news just now they said the suspect has been narrowed down to a silver haired man carrying a black backpack. And they showed an overhead cellphone pic of the guy. So far that's all they've got.
Which blast killed the Chinese student, Lingzi Lu? The first or second? Thanks~

My daddy was at the game, he said a lot of people had tears streaming down their face and that he himself had started to cry for the first time since y grandfather passed away. I told him it makes me proud to be from Mass, to be an American and he hugged me and said "That's my little girl"
What's up with the gif of the young man in torn black clothing RUNNING from one of the bomb sites? Suspicious or no?
Also, the pic of the guy in blue holding his heavy backpack like it was a Fendi back--looking RIGHT into the camera--a tad unsettling to say the least.

What are your thoughts on this, FAD?

I got our local paper today and front page was a headteacher that ran in the Boston Race but wasn't near the explosions when it happened, never thought i'd see a report from our own little town in the middle of England connected to this http://www.thisistamworth.co.uk/Luck...#axzz2QqM4lO5P
Miho isn't that one of the "Navy Seal " guys?
Isn't that pic post-explosion? The window to his left is shattered and on the ground.
The pic with the guy in the doorway??? The windows are already broken, but the flags are still upright. This has to be after the explosion.
