Pres. Obama lets slip of the tongue. Admits U.S. gov't trains ISIS/ISIL soldiers. Oopsy. The US psyops/CIA at work there.

I'm in DC right now. While I was at the Lincoln Memorial, President Obama's motorcade came whizzing by. Later in the day, Marine One flew above us. Pretty cool.

There's no more truth to that than there was one he suggested we have 57 states.

I hate to be defending BO but this one doesn't rise to the level of Bush-elder's new world order speech. However we have Jade Helm 15 coming up so we'll see what's said then.

"Jade Helm 15" would be a great brand name for condoms. They would have to be dark green, of course.

Who wouldn't be proud to stride up to the counter of his local convenience store with a six-pack and a bag of Doritos and say "oh and you'd better give me a bottle of Jim Beam and a box of those Jade Helm 15s - it's gonna be a big night.

    LOL . . . "Thanks - I needed that!"

In other news: See Donald run. Run Donald, run! See Donald run the GOP off a cliff. See Bernie Sanders become President. God I hope America finds out what its like to have a REAL Socialist as President and not Obama.

Donald Trump is like Hai Karate für the American political psyche.

I don't see Sanders getting the D nod. He's there so it won't appear to be a coronation of Hillary but she will get the D nomination and she could easily win the general. What I think the elites want is Hillary in the WH via a re-play of the Bill Clinton-Bush-Perot scenario. That would explain her current non-campaign campaign. She's been informed that she has been selected for next POTUS.

Take into account the ridiculous number of R's who have declared including Trump who I could easily see bolting and running as an independent (especially with his ego and money), splitting the R votes up and Hillary slides in.

Recall Ross Perot, a billionaire industrialist, doing the same for Bill.

Wow, I belong to the elite! I've never felt so special before in my life.

Actually, I must be ueberelite because I really would prefer Bernie and don't really like Hillary. But I'll be damned if I vote for anybody who is in the Republican primary race thus far.

Ross Perot actually made some sense back in the day, but few people stopped to notice. His running mate Stockdale was a class act (Vietnam POW, MOH recipient, with a Master's degree in comparative Marxist thought and Stoic philosophy), but the man was very poorly managed by his handlers. Who else remembers the VP debate?

This morning on the news all I could hear was about the Iran deal. BO and Kerry crowing about how good the deal is, including BO lifting sanctions and will give Iran prior notice whenever any future nuke inspections will be held.

No word on the four men Iran has been holding (and probably been torturing) including an American preacher missionary. They are a different matter, according to Horseface Kerry. However I heard that Horseface is urging the Iranians to release those prisoners. Wow, such strong language.

Then I hear from tough guy Lindsey Graham and company about how the House will rectify this bad deal harumph harumph harumph. Problem is that Congress, led by same indignant Repubs, gave BO his TAA "fast track" authority, thus Congress gutted itself from its Constitutional mandate to approve treaties submitted by the POTUS. Now all they can do is an up or down vote. No amendments or modifications allowed. No filibustering.

That little TAA was passed by Congress so BO can get his TPA passed, and any other treaties brewing, without any real fuss. Congress also ok'ed the annual and increasingly dictatorial NDAA for BO.

All these traitorous shenanigans happened during the faux-De-rah over the confederate flag and SCOTUS decisions which made for perfect media diversion.

    http://www.maxkeiser.com/2015/06/while-sheeple-lose-their-minds-the-tpp-is-passed/

Actually the TAA was passed, not the TPP, but above piece is about right otherwise.

Nice to see the shoe on the other foot for a change. For decades it seemed like intra-party strife was strictly a Democratic specialty.

What are the Republican primary debates going to look like if there are still enough candidates to field a football team? Actually, make that TWO football teams. That's what I call a long night. Maybe they should organize a sort of pro-bowl and the candidates on the winning side get to stay in the race.

The first debate this August only has 10 spots available so some are ass out. I'm sure there will be a big internal push to keep Trump out but the network probably won't let that happen since he's a train wreck yet train wrecks bring in big ratings.

I actually like him and (this won't be a surprise) agree in theory with most of what he believes. BUT, there is a big difference between me being against illegal immigration and saying that most of the Mexicans coming across the border are rapists, drug dealers etc...

It is just unnecessarily over the top (and untrue) and hurts the party he says he represents. The Republicans have a huge public relations problem and he is fueling that fire.

He absolutely went over the top but he knows that's the way to attention from the media. He wants to compare this to the Marial boat lift in Cuba. Anytime you get thousands of people fleeing, of course there will be bad apples. Its what the UK is experiencing now in Calais with people fleeing Syria. There are going to be extremists trying to fit in with the migrants who want to do harm. Trump knows he's fueling the fire, which is exactly what he's trying to do. The problem is that no one will pay him the attention the situation deserves because they think he's a kook.

Ha ha, we all know "if it bleeds (or in this case, if it talks shit), it leads!"

I still think they should have to wrestle for it or have a round-robin cage match tournament. ABC could market it as Battle of the Republican Superstars. The ratings would go through the roof for that . . . especially when they get to the all-important "Simon Says" event.

Somewhere I saw a commentary the other day saying that Sarah Palin needs to get involved to bring a "voice of sanity" to the proceedings. Boy, if that's not a sing that you're in trouble, then I don't know what is. Kind of like having Keith Richards show up at your drug intervention and tell you "dude, you've gotta a grip!"

The "Truth" can be misleading. For example unemployment: There have been 6.3 million jobs added during Obama's presidency...YEAH!! But what isn't said is that 4.4 million jobs were lost in the last 12 months of Bush's tenure due to the economic crisis of 2008. Thats a net gain of only 1.9 M. Furthermore a large percentage of those jobs paid less wages than those lost. If you live in Los Angeles and need to get to San Diego but you do by way of Las Vegas you may have driven 400 miles but at the end of the day, your only only 80 miles from where you started.

Ha! Good idea. Let's get Vince McMahon in on this. My money would be on Christie. With his bulk, a couple of elbow drops or body splashes and the old guys and the pencil-necked geeks would be done. Christie could be the next Bam Bam Bigelow. I got it! Crusher Christie! Trump would be the next Nature Boy. Dunno if he can do a 4-figure leg lock though. Woooooo!

I read the piece about Palin twice before I noticed the author. The guy writes political satire.

I think he was going to prison. Not a bad idea. No, he went somewhere to tout his executive order of release of a whole bunch of "non-violent" convicts. They've been discriminated against.

As far as those wonderful BO numbers, one is the unemployment rate. Of course that figure doesn't include the all time high number of people who have stopped looking for a job. It's a cooked figure. Always has been. If there were more people still looking for a job...called workforce participation...the unemployment rate would be higher. But let's not permit the details spoil the party and instead continue on with only the headlines.

No doubt. The unemployment rate is a more complex calculation then it should be.

My feelings towards Trump are more complicated than that. I agree with him on somethings and disagree on others. For instance his remarks about McCain and how he likes people that don't get caught. Totally rediculous. His remarks about a 5 time deported illegal felon being released into the streets of San Francisco, totally agree.

I could go on. Obama has been a horrible president for the middle and lower classes. For the upper percent and the war industry he has been great.

There are things I disagree with Sanders on but right now I would vote for him because things need swung back the other way. I'd love to see him reach across the isle and pick
Paul as his running mate to show he would also end the intrusions into our civil rights.

How anyone can defend Obama is beyond me. To say you still like him better than McCain or Romney is not a good position. All three suck.

Wrong. You have a lot of company in this thinking but I find it pretty sad. There are always more than 2 choices. Make one of them if the two are awful (as they have been for many years)

No sweat.......and yes be afraid because there are millions like me. (Don't be afraid ...really)
To my Father. Even though you have crossed the plane, you will always be with me.
You were not just my Father, but my hero. My life has been a poor attempt to be like you
You taught me music, vocals, and how to fight. I can only hope I am half the man you are
When I close my eyes I can see you. And finally, Thank you Dad. for everything.

Don't feel sad John. I guess what I meant to say is we have had only 2 choices for the final election since I was born. Let's face it///16 Republican Candidates...Me thinks they are going to cannibalize each other. It is going to get weird though

Still not true. I've voted the last few election and I haven't voted for the (D) or (R) candidate. In 2012 there was Obama and Romney along with Gary Johnson (L), Jill Stein (G) or you can write one in.

That's what happens. The Republicans attack each other ruthlessly in their attempt to get the nomination but by the time that has happened, the public is jaded by all that has come out that they don't stand a chance. Republicans losing presidential elections IMO is more about negative PR (brought on by themselves) then it is about favoritism towards liberal policies.

That and their complete lack of a proper explanation of what it is to be economically conservative.

Sanders is going to hammer Hillary also. In a normal election year Sanders does not register as high as he is right now. IMO people are tired of the failed re-treads and are saying so. If Sanders and Warren stay on stride they will do a good bit of harm to Hillary.

I also think most folks have had enough of the Bush Clinton Coronations

Clearly no one is going to agree with every single thing a politician says or believes. Everyone understands that we must decide whom to vote for taking in a wide range of things into consideration. Most of the crap the media asks candidates their opinion about aren't even decided on the federal level so knowing their opinions about most things is just fluff anyway. Besides, no one believes Trump will be on the ticket anyway, so its way premature to start deciding who to vote for. I, for one, wait until debates before coming close to knowing.
