Oh, no doubt. I never said Clinton didn't lie; I was just stating my opinion that, IMO, Bush lied PLENTY to the American public to bolster support to go into Iraq (I haven't checked lately to see what the cost of that fiasco is to date), yet many who do not support our current President and Administration seem to be totally ok with that.

I actually do not identify myself as a Democrat; I am a registered Independent. I don't think I am an Obama supporter as much as I am a Bush detractor, to be honest.

This story shows how ignorant the GOP is. The CBO economist are telling Boener in no uncertain terms, repealing health care reform will add BILLIONS to the deficit. His response? "I do not believe that repealing the job-killing health care law will increase the deficit." The budget experts are "entitled to their opinion." It reminds me of when the CBO warned Bush about his tax cuts would crash the economy, which he arrogantly pushed through anyways, using reconciliation get it passed.

    http://www.salon.com/news/feature/20...budget_deficit

    from 2004

    http://articles.baltimoresun.com/200...et-bush-budget

WASHINGTON - The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office presented a worsening budget picture yesterday, saying federal deficits over the next decade will total $2.75 trillion if Congress goes along with President Bush's new budget.
That's more than the $2.4 trillion Bush proposes to spend in the 2005 fiscal year federal budget and represents a stunning reversal from the large surpluses that had been anticipated when the president took office in 2001. The budget office said policies under the proposed Bush budget would enlarge the total 10-year deficit by $737 billion more than the CBO had estimated before the new budget plan was released.

I post this because if you don't look back at the past, you don't learn from your mistakes.

I might, there are a lot of things to consider first.
I`d choose him over Obama, no doubt about that.

    I`m ready for a change.

trump airlines, you are right, no bankruptcy. It defaulted on it's loans and the banks took it from him

trump vodka, no bankrupcy. they stopped making it because no one bought it.

trump mortgage, just got ran into the ground due to poor hiring.

E.J. Ridings, who Trump hired to run his company, claimed to have been a top executive at a top investment bank. Ridings only previous job on Wall Street was as a registered broker, a job he held for six days.

In Trumps case, bankruptcy was not a option in his business failures. I still stand by my word and say Trump is a bafoon that inherited everything he has. Who the hell bankrupts a casino? The odds are always in the houses favor. Casinos are money making machines. Trump did it three times.

Apparently quite a few. Not quite the money making beast you make it out to be.

How did Trump inhererit everything he has? His dad didn't even die until 1999 and Trump was making waves in NY in the 70's. By all accounts he was much more the aggressive between father and son which is good and bad.

Seriously? Just because his father was alive doesn't mean he wasn't handed everything. Must everything I post be dissected? it's hilarious. You guys only answer my post when you can make me look like I am wrong but you refuse to answer any post about the Koch bros or will acknowledge that the economy is better than it was 3 years ago. I post in threads that are full of propaganda, prove a crazy theory wrong, the thread dies and someone makes a new thread in it's place. LOL. Not that you will read it but here is a link to Trumps business accompliements.

Me calling him a total success is as rediculous as you calling him a total failure. As always it is something inbetween. But you did post erroneous information about his bankruptcies which is unfair to the conversation since alot of people take what they read at face value (I mean people in general). I don't know much about the Koch brothers but if they are as evil as you say they are then I will concede. I'll look into it.

Thank goodness Arnie (presuming you mean Schwarzenegger) can't be prez, as he's the reason my home state of CA is in large part (aside from the economy) in the shape it's in.

I would not vote for Donald simply because of his financial problems, and his constant refusal to answer reporter/interviewer's questions when it comes to Trump's supposed 'investigation' into Obama's birth being non-US.

Trump is just diverting attention away from the fact that he is a sourpuss, has eyebrows that need to be dealt with, a combover that isn't even so yesterday, a spray on tan that is as fake Dolly Parton's bustline, and is as much of a failure in the boardroom (finances) as he is in the marital bedroom (he's on marriage #3).

I bet Trump can't stand the attention Obama is getting now! He'll probably come up with something new to divert attention.

Please expand on this. I'm from CA as well and all I saw Arnie do is give in to the democrats, the environmentalists and the unions. Is that what you mean?

Arnolds first term went ok. His second term was a trainwreck . He was republican on paper only. A democrat in drag perhaps.

Realistically trump won't run for president.

That is what I mean. As governor he can do three things: Sign legislation, veto legislation or take it directly to the voters.

The only legislation that made it to his desk increased taxes and came out of democrat majority. The only time he took legislation to the people directly it was shot down after a relentless PR campaign against it financed by the unions.

I know I'm not. The republicans need to figure out who is in pronto. The problem with Trump is I don't feel he is electable. I'm not passing judgement on his abilities at all, I like him. There is this underlying hatrid in this country for successful republicans and I'm afraid he'll split the vote enough to make this election unwinable for the republicans.

I"m not either. I don't think Trump will get it for the reasons you mentioned as well as his 3 marriages and vile language. I know that's silly, but it is what it is. But I'm just not seeing anyone crawling out of the woodwork that's blowing my skirts up yet. Sadly...

What is ironic is his feud with Rosie O'Donnell. The things he says about her makes us conservatives laugh but at the same time, the liberals see him the same way.

Mate, when you get in the shitter with the banks, average Joe's like you and me get nailed. When the Donald gets in trouble, he is into them for so much money, they have no option but to restructure, otherwise they lose the lot.

On the lighter side, he is the king of debt financing. It would be interesting to see him go at the Chinese to claw a penny or two back

Imagine the amount of money that could be donated to charity if people did matching contributions like a PBS pledge drive.

I soooo hate Donald Trump just because he is a rich

Remember the awful things he said about Rosie O'donnell

400,000-plus sign petition urging Macy's to dump Donald Trump over his views on Obama and 'sexist' comments

The retailer has expressed confidence in its relationship with the real estate mogul and said he is entitled to freedom of speech. Singer Cher has lent her support to the effort to get Trump dropped.

According to TRUMP he did not approve of that. Hunting big game is something their maternal grandfather passed down. Now they didn't just leave a carcus. The animals parts were shared. By the way, Cher should talk. Her kids are a mess.

I don't believe Trump knew nothing about his sons and their hunt. Honestly, I believe little, if any word that comes out of that nut-job's mouth. Trust me, if he wasn't rich, he'd be in an asylum, somewhere. Denying his knowledge of the hunting incident was just his way of saving face. He seems to be a master at that. The last time I checked, Cher's kids weren't out killing endangered animals for sport. Those morons were posing with those poor dead animals like the dirt-bags they are.

Cher's kids are dependent on her. Last I check Trump's kids went to good schools like the University of Pa. They are well educated. I know that Ivanka has her own line of shoes and jewelry at Macys too. I am sorry that Cher's kids aren't all that swift.

Killing endangered animals doesnt sound all that swift to me. And I´m sure Macy´s would still be carrying Ivanka´s lines if her last name was Smith or Anderson or something.

No laws were broken during that trip. Does anyone actually image the Donald going hunting himself. He has said that he is surprised they enjoy it. As for Ivanka, her stuff sells too. I don't actually see a Chaz Bono shoe line for men selling.
