Missing my Pa every day. RIP Daddy ❤️♥️
“Get drunk and sing Elvira”
Michael Jackson.
Keith Moon, no doubt about it. Did see The Who in '79 in Oakland but Kenny Jones was drummer then. Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin (although used to visit my aunts' old landlord when we lived across from Golden Gate park. She would stay with him and go on some wild trip, run down our stairs and crash through the GLASS front door. I would see her do this and when I asked who that crazy lady was, my aunt said that's Janis Joplin. I was around 5 but loved her music even at that age), Freddy Mercury and Dean Martin. I have strange tastes....
Queen with the incomparable Freddy Mercury!!
You have great tastes coronergal. Very eclectic. I would've loved to see Janis Joplin and The Who with Keith Moon.
I saw Selena...oops sorry I mean Subpoena... in concert 2 weeks before she was murdered. Though I wasn't much of a fan back then.

Thank you, Zoe! Zeppelin played in San Francisco a few years before I really got into their music. And by the time I was allowed to go to concerts by myself or with friends (16) I believe Bonham had passed. Lucky you to have seen Selena, tho. I do like some of her songs and was sad that she'd been killed just when she was starting to make a name for herself.
Elvis, The Beatles (tho I saw Paul in his early '90's tour, great!) INXS, The Doors. Besides the Beatles, I think Queen w/Freddie and Bobby Darin are the ones I'd have loved the most.
The Who w/Keith Moon
Queen w/Freddy (saw Queen with Paul Rodgers, it actually kicked ass)
Thin Lizzy with Phil Lynott
The Allman Brothers with Duane Allman
Janice Joplin
Elvis
Queen w/Freddie Mercury
Nirvana
AC/DC w/Bon Scott
The Doors
Joe Williams. My late husband and I went to a club in Seattle (a twelve hour drive for us) just to see him, and found he'd cancelled due to illness. He died not long after that.
I would've liked to have seen Freddie Mercury, Jim Morrison and front row to INXS with Micheal. I really can't think of too many others that would impress me.
Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys
Benny Goodman
The Beatles
Buddy Holly
Lowell George and Littlefeat
There are bound to be lots more!

You know, I was never interested in seeing any band live really, until last march when I saw Dr. Hook here in town (or the front man and his new band. Whatever). It was funny at first, he looked like he was gonna keel over on stage, but hearing, "Cover of the Rolling Stone" live just rocked my world.
I would have killed to see Dean Martin or Sinatra. Or Elvis. Just about any band who's music I liked really. Its such a different experience.

I went to quite a few concerts when I was younger. However, my timing couldn't have been worse!! I missed Janis Joplin ( my brother swears she was coming on to him),Jimi Hendrix and The Doors. As I recall I was working and would catch them the next time they came to town!
I was too young to see Buddy Holly but would have loved to seen him.

Jimi Hendrix
Eva Cassidy. Such an amazing voice, died WAY too young
John Lennon. I'd give anything to have heard Imagine live by him.
Johnny Cash. Iconic voice.
I think Eva most of all, because she didn't get to live the long life & have the success Lennon & Cash did.
I wish I could have seen Type O Negative before Peter Steele died.
