I found it ironic that James Brown and Gerald Ford died on the same day. Brown did a song about Ford called Funky President (Its Bad).

Just watched 'The Doors,' came online to look up some video on YouT and ended up here.... Do you guys think he DIDN'T die in the bathtub?? If not, why would that story have stayed around so long??
I looked for a thread of his own but can't find it.

i went to christa mcauliffe elementary school. we had an announcement and a moment of silence every year on the anniversary. And every year we had 'space week' during the aniversary. all of our lessons that week had to do with space. it was pretty cool...

Here are some famous American's all within a month before their deaths:
John Quincy Adams, Andrew Jackson, Henry Clay, Edgar Allan Poe, and Grover Cleveland.

Grover had a daughter late in life named Ruth who died at 13. Grover was inconsolable for the rest of his life which was not much longer. When she died he not only took a post mortem pic of her, he had her propped up to look like she is reading a book about to turn the page. It is so damn creepy I will not post it or send it to anyone PM because dead kids are taboo for me.

Q: What's brown, stinks, resides in a chamber pot and says "Nevermore"?

    A: Edgar Allan's Poo

RFK. I don't know if this one is on here, but I just found it and it chills me. I'd only ever seen the ones of him all the way on the floor and (probably) already dead.

You know I had to go there, right?

Don't know if it was last photos or not, but pretty damned close. This one was taken for Jon-Erik's interview for Playgirl Magazine. It ran the month after he died.

Awesome pic, hot hot hot! But as a fan, this pic gets to me, his eyes look so cynical. Fame will do that to ya. You should see the large size of this one. Eyes look incredible as always!

He was practicing for Circus of the Stars when he died. In fact, on the day of the accident he was heading to Vegas for the show. That was part of his frustration, the delays in shooting that day, and he had to catch a plane.

Love the one on the net:
