cnn is covering the hearing live right now about the release of the photos of caylee's remains~ the judge demanded that casey be there~ they sent a jail van for her, they said she should be arriving in 20 minutes~
i think he wanted her to attended so she could tell the judge that what baez is doing in court is what she wants, or something like that~ i can't wait to see the whore in court~
My idea would be that the judge tells Baez that he is responsible for the photo's, and if they are leaked, Baez get's fined $1,000,000. It's up to Baez to prevent them from being leaked!!!

---I can't say that I understand the distinction being made in defining 'conspiracy' and 'cover-up'. All I can do is opine about what I see and hear. There is definitely a cover-up. And if people originally unrelated to the circumstances are brought in to help the cover-up then that sounds like a conspiracy to me. People 'conspiring'.....?
Is it all far-fetched? Hells yeah, but what we know to be true about this case so far would have sounded absolutely unreal and far-fetched in every way to me beforehand. Unless someone official tells me something, then I am forced to form an opinion about whatever I see and hear. Until then, we're all left to speculate. People knew where Caylee was before early December, this is going to be proven to be a fact. Some people also knew back in July that Casey killed that baby. This is also going to be proven to be a fact, watch and see. All those helping Casey evade conviction and judgement: call it cover-up. Call it conspiracy. People are putting their heads together to plan ways of making us think Casey didn't commit a murder. The semantics to me do not matter. This is really happening, folks.
I also find it wierd that Baez stopped proclaiming Casey's innocence around the middle of October, the same time that the Anthony's quit visiting Casey in jail. Just IMO, it would seem obvious that she told Baez and/or her parents something definitive about what happened to Caylee and the tack they've all collectively chosen to take is to ignore, deny and deflect and to use originally uninvolved people to help set Casey free. Sure sounds like a conspiracy during and after a coverup to me......

I said once that Osama Bin Laden had a pretty face and I got cussed OUT. I was talking to a girlfriend while waiting for a train and some old chick heard me and went completely off. She called me a terrorist and a bunch of other stupid shit. I didn't say the man was okay in my book or that I admired his work, etc....I just said he had a pretty face.
I know. OT. Just reacting to hearing that Casey Anthony is attractive. I think her Mom and her Brother are attractive, but not Casey. I don't think a one of 'em is worth a stack of turds, soul-wise, but Cindy and Lee are very attractive to me.

I agree with Catchluv above, but I was wondering, JMO, but..........they all including Baez, knew Casey was dead way back before Oct, even, and they decided, she's dead and nothing is going to change that, but alot ,ALOT, of money could be made, and the longer it takes to find that little girl, the harder to decide time, and cause of death. So lets wait, and bilked as much money as we can from the public, tv, etc. so now you have a dream team to make as much money as they can for this "GOD" awful family, notice nobody but Lee has worked since June, and then there will be movie rights, books for every friggin' Anthony. ETC<ETC, and in the process, they figure out how to keep Casey from spending her whole life behind bars, and she'll be able to give interviews, etc. Just me, but I see all these high power people running to her, and you got to believe it's for the color of green. Also the meter reader can give interviews for $$$$$$$. My take, and that's the way I see it.

I'm sure this meter reader said something to someone he worked with or the supervisor about seeing something suspicious and wondering if it was ever followed up on...then like you say the neighbor said something to THEM and they started it from there with the PI's and requests...it makes the most sense, then after all this time with the reader not hearing anything he is re assigned to this area sees the waters receded and goes and checks for himself seeing that ultimately it wasn't followed up on as it should have been...by anyone!
I want to know what kind of person has knowledge of where the remains of a BABY are located and doesn't tell someone? Who does that? He can tell his colleague but not LE????? He can consciously be as cold as that bitch and allow that baby to lay out there and rot? All of the players in this mess are making me sick! Her remains are in a 12" x 12" cardboard bankers box. Just sitting there. I can't judge why, because I don't know why and I can't imagine why. I do hope she is buried and not cremated.

Back to Caylee: What about the possibility that Casey googled neckbreaking but when push came to shove, could not bring herself to perform the act while Caylee was "awake" and looking at her?
Also, I used to work for a research laboratory. Co2 was used to anesthetize rats and mice and when they were "out", the techs did cervical dislocation--basically breaking the animals' necks and killing them instantly.
Might not Casey have had similar plans? Knock the child out with chloroform, THEN break the neck? And if she administered too much chloroform and Caylee died first...well, that would be an accident, wouldn't it? (Discounting the original intent and premeditation bits).

I am starting to think that the brother had a part in this whole thing. I think he covered it up for her and then moved the body after she was arrested and then her parents found out and they got involved with the cover up but stopped going to visit her. They may lose both of their kids to the system now, because somewhere the cops have got to find the bros dna on the bag . Of course they will say it is because he was in and out of the house but I also wonder if they will do a dna test to see if the bro is the Caylees father?
