    I'd love to say it's a surprise but it's been coming for a long time.He had a list of charges against him including several felony, tampering with witnesses and abusing his girlfriend. He was supposed to be under house arrest because of it but was allowed out to tour.

    TMZ has a video from the scene but his body is blurred out.
