I have no clue where Hubby is, but I know the SissyBubby won't be around for dinner SO I am going to be on my own. More than likely I'll have a couple of grilled cheese sammiches.

I'm about to start food prep for this week's lunches. No more packing breakfast, too!!! So I'll probably make a salad out of last week's leftover veggies, if they're still any good. If not, probably eggs and toast. I don't make a whole big meal for just me.

Well, Hubby came home and announced he had "hungries." Most of what I bought at the store feeds at least 4 people or is frozen. SO...I sent Hubby down to Papa Murphy's for a couple of $5 pizzas and some soda.

Homemade beef enchiladas. The middle son is coming for a sleep over and they're his favorites.

Pizza, thawed! Last week my oven conked out, had to order a part for it. Yesterday my fridge decided it was too old to chill. Got it repaired around noon today, everything in it went into the garbage, saved the pizza. lol

Spaghetti for them, nothing for me. I started work at Freddy's today, and they give people a free meal on their first day. I didn't know that, and had taken my lunch to work. So I got it after work. Steakburger, fries, and custard since I already had a drink. Nummy nums.

Thursday night I had wings, potatoes, okra and I will have the leftover veggies for breakfast this morning.

Tonight I'll have my birthday dinner, Walmart pepperoni pizza, salad, chocokate cake, and vanilla ice cream while I watch Gray's Anatomy. Sissy offered to take be out to Golden Corral last night but I declined. She's going tonight for her regular night out with her daughter(s) and SIL, so I'll be alone. I'm a loner, so that's perfect. She gave me $160 for my birthday, bought what i wanted to eat tonight and some other groceries, and my wing dinner. Isn't she sweet? The only disappoint is she failed to bring home Sam Elliott. Oh, well, can't have everything.

Steak and mashin' 'tatoes. Got a big package of steaks, going to try to save enough of mine to make a steak sammich for work tomorrow.

Sissy left with her grandparents this morning to go to Branson, MO and Hubby is closing tonight. So it was me and the Schmoo for dinner. I decided to bring my work home and brought us steakburgers and sodas. Onion rings for him, fries for me.

Today was my last day in custard and tomorrow I start showing them a thing or two about a double-lane drive-through.

    Yum, Piggy!

IDK. If Sissy got me a spaghetti TV dinner that's what I'll have with a salad, halo cuties, popsicles, while watching Bob Ross paint a wilderness cabin or some such on Netflix.

I used catch Bob Ross back in the 90s, I guess. I think he was on PBS. I loved watching him paint. I did have what I posted above, the halo cuties later.

LOVE Bob Ross! "There are no mistakes, only happy accidents...let's turn this accidental stroke into...a...tree. There. Happy little trees...."

For dinner we're having grilled chicken, mashin' 'tatoes, and beans that are green. I bought the chicken before Sissy left, so there are four. She went to her grandparents' yesterday and left this morning for Branson. So the fourth chicken I'll slice up and turn into wraps for lunch tomorrow.

I'm hoping for a Lean Cuisine or Smart One fish dinner or meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Yum either one. If I had the dough I'd eat TV dinners three times each day. They are that good.

To my Father. Even though you have crossed the plane, you will always be with me.
You were not just my Father, but my hero. My life has been a poor attempt to be like you
You taught me music, vocals, and how to fight. I can only hope I am half the man you are
When I close my eyes I can see you. And finally, Thank you Dad. for everything.

We had salmon (Hubby had tilapia), cheesy rice, and mixed veggies. I am now having my own dessert: whipped cream vodka.

That sounds good. We're having steak tomorrow for Father's Day. Tonight? No clue. Hubby and Schmoo went to MIL's to take some stuff to her. No clue if they're going to eat there or not. I had planned to make pasta, but if they're going to eat with MIL then I'll whip up something else for Miss E and me.

Sometime after 2pm my blood glucose dived, so I went ahead and had supper, and ended up having the roast beef sammie minus the salad. Because I'm out of lettuce and couldn't wait until 5 for Sissy to bring a salad back from wherever she decided to get takeout. First time I ever had that kind of chips and they were surprisingly divine, unfortunately, but I did manage to control myself. Haha.

Roast chicken breast, mashin' 'tatoes, and green beans. I was going to make pork chops, but I realized that today I'm home from work earlier than I will be tomorrow, so I switched it around. Chicken breasts take well over an hour to roast in the oven.
