Fried chicken with the trimmings. And afterward a bigass banana split.

Thursday night I had leftovers from Wednesday.

Tonight it's turkey, chicken, and pork hotdogs with Cole slaw made with light mayo.

Pizza. Little Bit is having a sleepover tonight before her birthday party tomorrow. I promised her I'd make personal pizzas for everyone.

Grilled fish on a bed of wild rice, baked potato, corn on the cob, bread stick, and a wee naughty desert.

Love me some grilled steak. Heck, I love me some steak anyway it's cooked. My mother used to cook T Bone in a slow cooker with pinto beans. That's some expensive meat seasoning. I'm sure it was good, but I was already married and away when she started doing that.

Pork roast that has been in the Crock Pot all afternoon. Having that and stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and kids are eating corn I'm going to eat another veggie.

Sadly, my steady diet of Chinese, cake and ice cream had to end. Big salad with lots of squash, cucumber, avocado & tomatoes, brown rice and vegetables, turkey sandwich.
Later, some yogurt with fresh fruit.

Lean Cuisine spinach and mushroom pizza and I'm not sure what else. Probably a Chobani and an orange. I've burned off more calories today than I've eaten. Which is good.

Hotdogs. I didn't grate cabbage for Cole slaw because I didn't feel up to it after waiting so long about eating. Tomorrow we are having BBQ.

I ended up eating one of those black and blue grilled chicken and veggie plates from Zaxby's with my homemade light Thousand Island dressing. Didn't eat the toast, but I did pick out the chicken pieces and made a sammie on light bread and mayo.

It's just me and hubster tonight. If he doesn't eat while he's out doing laundry, I'll make pancakes or "toast from France."
