Back on my diet for a little while, just to get the winter fluff off I made roasted root veggies, and chicken breast. I'm stuffed and only logged 530 calories

My daughter cooked tonight. Chicken spaghetti. She used velveeta. I may never eat cheese again, but I appreciated the effort. LOL

Pizza. I made pizza last night. Because I was having girl's night here, Hubby high-tailed it outta Dodge. LOL! I made his pizza but covered it and put it in the fridge. He's eating it for dinner, and I have my own leftover pizza from last night.

I get bored too. I'm going to get turkey burger patties and tuna fish, breakfast foods (I usually eat dinner foot). One of these days I'm going to make turkey spaghetti and turkey chili.

I marinated some chicken breast in chiavetta's. Then wrapped it in bacon and baked it. Then made baked potatoes and asparagus. Made that for my aunt and I had the same minus the chicken. Salmon instead for me. lol

Still don't know, When my husband is @ work we kind of just do for ourselves. I thought I'd make a meatloaf some time this week but our daughters do not like it. I'll probably make a pasta dish of some sort OR fried potatoes...

Highly likely rotisserie chicken, green beans, baked potato, (a salad if I need more calories), popsicles & tangerines. Yum--unless Sissy wants me to cook the steaks tonight. Lol.

Publix didn't have turkey burger patties so Sissy got the ground. I'm going to use it in chili one night. Sounds good to me. I froze it for now, because I have date sensitive food I need to eat first.

Wienies, brats, and chips. I was going to do grilled chicken filets, roast asparagus, green beans, and 'taters, but Hubby's off doing laundry and won't be home till later. I have a thing for It Works in 2-1/2 hours, so it's a quick dinner tonight that Hubby can easily reheat later tonight.

I had half a spaghetti squash in my freezer, so I took it out. I fried up some mushrooms and onions, threw in the spaghetti squash, and added some Romano and Parmesan cheese on top..... It was delicious.

    That sounds yummy.

Rib eye steak, baked potato, popsicles. Couldn't eat the salad, so I'll have it tomorrow night.

That sounds delicious! I think now that I know you can freeze half, I may get one when I go to the store Friday and make it for myself next time we have pasta. I've seen recipes where people use it to replace pasta. I'd make regular spaghetti for Hubby and the kids, and the spaghetti squash for myself.

I cooked the whole squash, scraped the insides out of both halves, then ate part of it and froze the rest. And it thawed out alright. The only thing is that I should have let it thaw out completely and then drained it before I used it. It got kinda watery...

Fend for yourself. Hubby had to leave for work during dinner prep, so I didn't bother. (I don't cook much when he's not home to eat it, he gets disappointed.) Miss E and I had egg sammiches. Nummy nums. Mine had some sliced 'mater (tomato) on it and smoked Gouda cheese. Hers had no 'mater and a couple of slices of Colby Jack cheese.

That sounds good. Think I'll have a cheese egg melt and potato salad for breakfast.

IDK about tonight. It depends on whether Sissy cooks or will get home from Britt's with takeout. She was there alllll day yesterday and deep into the evening.
