It doesn't look wrong to Air Force families; maybe the plane is coming HOME for Christmas with the troops safe & sound. I so make it a point to tell my kid that she enjoys peace and toys not just Christmas Day but every day because soliders won WWII for us. I make sure she knows the choices on the shelves at Target are there because the Allies defeated the fascists and Nazis and peace through strength defeated communism.
The last thing I want is her taking forgranted all the blood and sacrifices made to provide her comfy prosperous lifestyle.
It looks like a vintage card from WWII era.....military ties were in almost everything back then because so many were away fighting ....I like it
