I don't smoke and never had pneumonia, my mom never smoked and she got it once, I have had bronchitis though that was not fun.
A cough depressant was at least part of the reason I got.
I've smoked cigarettes since high school, smoke less than a pack a day now. As for pot I smoked it maybe 3 times, all it did was make me paranoid.
Today you could be standing next to someone who is trying their best not to fall apart. So whatever you do today, do it with kindness.
My grandpa smoked since he was nine years old had a heartattack at 65, then lung cancer at 68 beat it, docs removed half of one of his lungs, got it again at 75 or 76 and died of lung cancer at 79. My other grandpa, mom's real dad, died of a massive heartattackat 36 due to smoking doctors said, another grandpa died of heartattack, my dad's dad, at 71 reason doc says smoking and high blood pressure caused by smoking. Also nonsmokers are also at risk from lung cancer and such because second hand smoke is just as dangerous as actually smoking.
I have tried to quit smoking for a year. It is so difficult. I can't do Chantix because I have a history of depression.
