Cool group! Thanks for invite! Alot of members who haven't been there can't relate...lucky for them!!

I was at a meeting tonight and the "theme" was about anonymity and how people have had theirs broken by people in the rooms. What happened to you at work was so NOT cool.
I think those of us that have been through it are lucky, too. We know what the insanity is like and we know that we never have to feel like that again if we never want to.

That is something that I just have to let go. I have given to many people in my life rent space in my mind. And Danny I am glad you joined too. I think this can be a great support group.

I guess my biggest frustration is after 2 years clean I still has this empty spot in my mind mentally I can't figure out! I do know the one thing 7 years of narcotic abuse did was change my personality...and sometimes I really do hate it!!

This is a great idea. I didn't know John Trimm was sober.. LOL kidding... Thanks for inviting me. I recently posted about an 'ex friend' turning on me, because crystal meth has eaten her brain. It was never my drug of choice, but, I wasn't too picky. There but for the grace of God go I. It is really nice not to be alone... As I shared with eca... I had 17 years at one time, and relapsed. I went straight for cocaine, and ended up with a wicked crack habit. I've clean from that for 4 years last labor day. What a nasty ghetto drug. I'm sure my IQ has dropped about a zillion points. I'm really glad to have you guys to talk to.
